Every person working on a ZPMC project follows the same path before entering the worksite. This induction introduces our standards, critical risks, emergency procedures, and safe work practices. Complete all five stages to receive your digital site clearance.
Learn how safety is managed across ZPMC India projects, understand your responsibilities, mandatory PPE requirements, site rules, reporting procedures, and our Life Saving Rules before entering any work area.
Recognize the hazards associated with lifting operations, suspended loads, work at height, electrical systems, moving equipment, confined spaces, hot work, and heavy machinery used during crane offloading and commissioning.
Understand Permit to Work requirements, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), lifting plans, toolbox talks, isolation procedures, and safe operating practices required before starting any task.
Learn emergency response procedures, evacuation routes, first aid arrangements, rescue plans, incident reporting, and communication protocols applicable to ZPMC project sites.
Complete the final assessment to demonstrate your understanding of ZPMC safety requirements. Successful participants receive their Digital Safety Card and site clearance.
